WONDER LIMO PR — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL SERVICES TERMS
RESERVATIONS & BOOKING
All reservations are pre-paid and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Same-day reservations must be made no later than 8 hours before the requested service time and are final — no modifications accepted. All services must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Wonder Limo reserves the right to decline any reservation at its sole discretion.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
General Services:
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before pickup: full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: NO REFUND of any kind.
- Changes requested less than 8 hours before pickup (excluding documented flight delays): reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable. A new reservation is required.
- Bundles, roundtrips, tours, and discounted packages: Once the first service has been rendered, there will be NO REFUNDS, NO CHANGES, and NO CANCELLATIONS — partial or total — for any reason. Once a customer enters the 24-hour window prior to pickup, the right to cancel and receive any refund is permanently and irrevocably revoked, even if the reservation is subsequently rescheduled.
- All partial refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. Full refunds (72+ hours) are returned to the original payment method.
Special Events Services (Weddings, Quinceañeras, Private Events):
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than fourteen (14) days before the service date.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing.
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
- If the Client cancels the service within seven (7) days prior to the event, the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
- The Client acknowledges that reserved dates for private events limit the Company's commercial availability and that cancellations with short notice generate operational and commercial losses.
WAIT TIME POLICY
Airport Pickups: Wonder Limo provides a complimentary 60-minute wait from the time of flight landing. If the chauffeur is unable to locate or reach the passenger within this window, the service will be marked as completed with no refund.
All Other Services: A 15-minute grace period applies from the pre-arranged pickup time. After 15 minutes with no passenger showup, the chauffeur will terminate the service and depart. Full charges apply. Wait time beyond grace periods: $50 per 15 minutes, collected in payment link by the chauffeur before the route continues. After 30 minutes wait, a full hour service will apply.
Exception: Airport baggage claim delays or lost/damaged baggage — chauffeur will accompany passenger through the process at no additional wait charge.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
Each additional stop: $50 flat fee, maximum 15-minute stop duration. Passenger drop-off stops: charged at the equivalent of a regular ride fee for that route. All additional stops must be requested and confirmed in advance and are subject to chauffeur availability and route feasibility. Wonder Limo reserves the right to decline additional stops that compromise safety, schedule, or route integrity.
HOURLY SERVICE
Minimum booking: 3 hours, paid in full in advance. If service extends beyond 3 hours, additional time is billed at the hourly rate and collected at end of service. Unused time within the minimum is non-refundable.
Special Events Services: Service includes up to three (3) hours of private transportation, beginning from the previously agreed pickup time. Any additional time will be billed at the rate of one hundred thirty-five dollars ($135.00) per hour or fraction thereof. Service extension is subject to operational availability and approval by the driver and/or the Company.
PAYMENTS
All reservations require full pre-payment. Cash payments for additional stops or wait time are collected by the chauffeur before the route continues. Wonder Limo accepts major credit cards. Chargebacks filed against valid charges will result in permanent ban from Wonder Limo services and may be subject to legal action.
PASSENGER CONDUCT
Wonder Limo reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation and expel any passenger from the vehicle for:
- Use of illegal drugs, alcohol consumption, or smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) inside the vehicle
- Verbal or physical aggression toward the chauffeur or other passengers
- Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the vehicle or company reputation
- Violation of any term herein
Special Events Services — Additional Conduct Requirements: For safety of the driver, passengers, and vehicle, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking inside the vehicle
- Use of controlled or illegal substances
- Aggressive or violent conduct
- Intentional damage to the vehicle
- Interference with safe vehicle operation
- Leaning out of windows or sunroof
- Manipulating internal controls without authorization
The Company may immediately terminate the service without right to refund if any passenger poses a safety risk, vehicle integrity risk, or violates these terms.
Minors and Alcohol Consumption (Special Events):Any reservation that includes champagne or alcoholic beverages will require the presence of responsible adults within the vehicle. Under no circumstance will alcohol be served to anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age. The Company and driver reserve the absolute right to deny, withdraw, or stop the service of alcoholic beverages if they deem an unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate situation exists. The Client is responsible for the conduct of all minor passengers during the service.
In the event of early termination due to passenger conduct, all fees paid are forfeited with no refund or credit of any kind.
DAMAGE POLICY
All passengers are jointly and severally responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior, including but not limited to: liquid spillage, vomit, sand, dirt, breakage, or any physical damage. A minimum damage fee of $250 will be assessed and collected before or at the time of the next service. Wonder Limo reserves the right to charge additional amounts based on actual repair or cleaning costs.
Special Events Services — Extended Damage Coverage: The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any of the passengers during the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Excessive spills
- Vomit
- Breakage
- Interior or exterior damage
- Specialized cleaning
- Persistent odors
- Damage to electronic equipment or upholstery
The Company may impose reasonable additional charges for cleaning, repairs, and operational losses associated with the damage caused.
CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Wonder Limo provides one (1) complimentary car seat or booster seat per reservation upon request. Additional child safety seats: $25 each. The client is responsible for verifying correct installation before departure. Wonder Limo assumes no liability for injuries or damages related to car seat installation, use, or misuse. The lead passenger assumes full legal responsibility for any fines or injuries related to child restraint compliance.
BULKY LUGGAGE
Bikes must be foldable and stored in a proper bike bag. Maximum capacity with bikes: 2 passengers + 2 bike bags + 2 medium luggage. Surfboards, oversized boxes, skis, or other bulky items: contact info@wonderlimopr.com in advance with route, date, pickup time, item dimensions, passenger count, and additional luggage. Wonder Limo reserves the right to refuse transport of bulky items not disclosed at time of booking.
Special Events Services — Luggage Policy: The Company does not transport luggage or provide assistance with it, unless previously agreed in writing before the service date. Any luggage not previously authorized may be rejected if it affects the safety, capacity, or comfort of the service.
CHANGES IN LOCATIONS OR ITINERARY (Special Events)
Changes after final confirmation related to pickup location, destination location, route, schedule, or additional stops may generate additional charges due to differences in distance, tolls, fuel, additional time, and operational rearrangement. All modifications are subject to availability and Company approval.
LOST & FOUND
Wonder Limo assumes no responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle. If an item is found, Wonder Limo will make a reasonable effort to contact the passenger. Return delivery is available at the client's expense based on distance and logistics.
VEHICLE DISCLAIMER
Wonder Limo reserves the right to substitute the vehicle shown in promotional materials with a vehicle of similar size and accommodation capacity. Color and brand may vary due to availability, maintenance, or operational requirements. This substitution does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
FLIGHT DELAYS & CHANGES
In the event of a documented flight delay or a single flight change, Wonder Limo will honor the original reservation at no additional charge, provided:
- The passenger notifies Wonder Limo as soon as the change is known
- The rescheduled arrival occurs within 8 hours of the original pickup time
This accommodation applies to one (1) flight change or delay only. Delays or rebookings beyond 8 hours, multiple flight changes, indefinite cancellations, or service required the following day or later are not covered and will require a new reservation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wonder Limo is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, acts of nature, vehicle breakdown, road closures, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Maximum liability in any claim against Wonder Limo shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation in question.
Special Events Services — Extended Liability Limitations: The Company will not be considered in breach when the service is affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Emergencies
- Civil unrest
- Pandemics
- Unexpected mechanical failures
- Accidents
- Government orders
In such cases, the Company may reschedule the service subject to availability.
The Client and guests use the service at their own reasonable risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Company from indirect, incidental, or consequential claims related to the service.
RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE (Special Events)
The Company reserves the right to deny or terminate services to any person under conditions that represent:
- Safety risk
- Illegal activity
- Disrespectful conduct
- Severe intoxication
- Risk to the driver or vehicle
Without obligation to refund.
PHOTOS & VIDEO CONSENT
By completing a reservation with Wonder Limo, the passenger agrees that a photographer or videographer may accompany the chauffeur during service, with or without prior notice. Passenger consents to the use of any resulting photos or videos by Wonder Limo PR INC. for social media, marketing, website, or promotional purposes, and waives any right to compensation or credit for their appearance in such materials.
PASSENGERS AND CAPACITY (Special Events)
Transportation will be provided only for the number of passengers previously agreed upon in the reservation. For safety, legal compliance, and commercial insurance coverage reasons:
- The authorized vehicle capacity may not be exceeded.
- No additional passengers may be added after the final quantity is confirmed.
- The Company reserves the right to deny transportation to any unauthorized additional passenger.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico. The prevailing party in any legal dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking with Wonder Limo, the passenger acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions herein. These terms apply to all services, reservations, and interactions with Wonder Limo PR INC. For special events services (weddings, quinceañeras, and private events), the Client confirms having read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions established herein. Payment confirmation will be considered the electronic signature of this agreement.
